As a therapist I offer a warm space to tend to what hurts, trust what is becoming, and explore the path of embodied healing. I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS) with a relational, and somatic approach. I believe that every part of us holds wisdom, even the ones carrying pain or protection, and true change and healing happens when we meet these parts with curiosity, compassion and presence. In our work, I’ll invite you to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with the innate intelligence of your being. Through IFS, we create space for patterns to shift and for your Self energy to lead with more ease, clarity and resilience.
