If you feel like chaos is leading the charge in your life I can help you find the calm, stability, and regulation you deserve to have. I work with many types of clients, but I specialize in anxiety, parenting challenges, communication problems, life transitions, relationships, women's mental health, and intergenerational trauma. I focus on providing my clients a safe and supportive relationship where they can work toward change. In therapy I work with clients who want to manage stress, reduce anxiety, and explore their own upbringing and how it impacts current relationships and/or parenting. I support adoptive parents by helping them develop a trauma informed approach to parenting and I provide guidance for parents who have children with ADHD and are struggling to support them.
