Welcome! I am Olta Hoxha, a Baruch College graduate. I have a license in mental health counseling in the State of New York. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and take an integrative approach to meet the unique needs of my clients. I specialize in working with people who tend to shut down or are easily angered and looking for relief from daily life stress. I help my clients understand their triggers and learn new coping skills that will revitalize their healing and build inner strength.
