I am warm, compassionate, caring, genuine, and understanding... yet direct and helpful. I will guide you through the process of healing, working closely with you during every step of your treatment. As long as you are willing to change, we can work together to achieve the best possible results. I utilize variety of techniques with my clients such as CBT, IFS, EFT, mindfulness, hypnosis and NLP so results can be seen immediately. I have worked with young children (3+, adolescents, adults and families). I specialize in treating PTSD, anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, ADHD, eating disorders, relationship, self-esteem and domestic violence issues.
