I partner with parents, children, teens, young adults, and couples to bring relief, clarity, and hope. I use a holistic and personalized approach drawing from CBT, Integrative Systemic Therapy, and Play Therapy to meet each client where they are. Together, we’ll explore challenges, uncover strengths, and create tools that support growth.
