I am a licensed professional counselor with a background working with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. I have experience working with people struggling with addiction, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder, anger management, codependency, and low self-esteem. I have worked with families with divorce and help with parenting. I am certified in Trauma Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Hypnotherapy. If you or your children find it challenging to adjust to changes in life, I might be able to help. My approach is Eclectic, as I believe is compatibility of theory with personality.
