My practice is dedicated to helping individuals navigate life transitions—such as career changes and major personal shifts—as well as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, self-esteem concerns, trauma, and professional burnout. I also specialize in supporting athletes of all ages and all levels through unique transition challenges, including performance pressures, navigating emotional impact of injury, and career shifts. I emphasize each person’s strengths and provide a safe, supportive space for growth while building emotional resiliency. I also bring extensive experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder and ADHD.
