I have 25 plus years in the counseling profession and can work with people that are serious about wanting to improve there life and their mental health. Mental health is as important as physical health and when both are in harmony the person lives a full and more productive life because they truly feel better about themselves. It is my goal as a counselor to help you feel better about yourself, your family, your relationships and your life. Evening and Saturday appointments available. I have both personal experiences as well as educational expertise. I am a Vietnam veteran and a survivor of trauma, anxiety and depression. There is a way off the trauma train.
