I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who graduated from Nova Southeastern University in 2017. I speak English and Spanish. I specialize working with clients going through panic attacks, anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder. My main goal as your counselor is to help you see your choices and bring awareness to the here and now. I provide you with a safe, judgement free environment in which you will feel ready to explore and navigate through life's challenges. Engaging in Psychotherapy means gifting yourself time to bring upon yourself that desired change and growth while getting to understand your past decisions and actions.
