Hi, I'm Orlando Interiano, a bilingual (Spanish) Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist based in Southern California. With a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy: Trauma Studies from Pacific Oaks and a Master’s in Psychology from Mount Saint Mary's University, I specialize in helping adults navigate anxiety, ADHD, trauma, and life transitions. My approach is integrative and deeply collaborative, blending IFS, CBT, DBT, and ACT to create personalized, effective treatment tailored to your needs. Our first session is about connection and exploration. I’ll create a warm, judgment-free space where we’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, what you hope to gain, and how we can work together. This is a time to get a feel for the process, set initial goals, and begin laying the foundation for growth and healing.
