My name is Rebeca and I’m a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I am licensed both in NY and CT. I have over a decade of experience working with adults navigating a wide range of concerns—from anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, trauma, grief, relationship struggles, substance use, and life transitions. I partner with clients who want to understand themselves on a deeper level, while simultaneously offering skills and tools to deal with life’s obstacles.
