I'm so glad that you have chosen to take the necessary steps to begin your healing journey. My name is Oronde Yero and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. My specialty includes working with clients coping with anxiety, depression, grief and trauma. My aim is to foster a therapeutic relationship with clients where they feel safe, heard and empowered. My therapeutic methods include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, and Trauma-focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy grounded in a client-centered approach. It is my job to listen, encourage and support your self-discovery and wellness.
