I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with years of experience in working with individuals struggling with depression and anxiety; couples struggling with poor communication and infidelity; and families impacted by abuse, addiction, grief or parenting challenges. I specialize in helping people develop a healthy adaptability and the dynamism needed to thrive through solution-focused counseling. I also provide Christian counseling for individuals who desire it. I believe that addressing the whole person: the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health, empowers the individual to take charge of his/her own care.
