A licensed therapist since 2002, I have significant experience helping adults cope with daily assaults on their nervous system, especially those who feel out of sync with their social worlds. My clients often describe feeling stressed or tapped out trying to cope with their educational, work, relational or family environments. My style has been described as "playfully serious." This means I respect you and your struggles, and my intention is to never add more stress to an already overburdened nervous system. I also love exploring the intersection of childhood trauma & neurodivergence within complex social systems.
