Hello and welcome! I treat children, adolescents, adults, and couples. I enjoy working with people from broad backgrounds and life experiences. I graduated from New York University (NYU) with my Masters of Social Work (MSW). With adults, I first and foremost want to understand your story, your core beliefs, your past experiences with therapy, current and past symptoms, and your overall life story. I use approaches such as psychodynamic therapy, attachment theory, narrative therapy, and cognitive processing therapy, expressive arts therapy, and help build mindfulness and other coping skills.
