I know what it’s like to hold everything together while quietly struggling inside. As a trauma-informed therapist, I understand the pressure to be strong and meet everyone’s expectations even when you feel overwhelmed. Many of my clients appear “high-functioning” on the outside but feel anxious, stuck, or disconnected within. I support teens, young adults, adults, and helping professionals through anxiety, major life transitions, infertility challenges, and the emotional toll of caring for others. Together, we gently untangle old patterns, build emotional regulation, and reconnect you with the parts of yourself that feel lost.
