I specialize in working with adults and young adults. Areas of interest include working with client's on anxiety, developing values to live by, assessing their thinking through stressful events and situations to better manage in the future, coping skills to help in moments where emotions or thoughts seem to take over. I help client talk out there situations as if we are looking at a hologram of what's been going on in their lives. We look to understand and change. I believe that everyone has the capacity to change, we sometimes need help finding that ability within us. View 5 Photos I tend to have a gentle, chill and honest approach towards Clients. I work from a Client Centered and Humanistic base most of the time. I help to build self awareness in clients and try to help them towards change and growth where they find suffering. I know talking about ourselves can be hard, especially the parts we don't like.
