My ideal client is a person dedicated to making positive changes in her/his life. These adjustments may be as simple as a new hair style or as complex as brain surgery. I invite the client to tell me about himself, including hobbies and interests. What is he most proud of? What might he like to improve? What was the nicest thing anyone ever said about him? What really hurt? I encourage the client to comment on the paintings in the room and what they might have in common. They all have something to do with going somewhere.
