I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I’ve worked in hospitals, treatment centers, and Employee Assistance Programs, supporting individuals through challenges like life transitions, workplace stress, depression, and addiction. Depending on your goals, I may draw from cognitive, psychodynamic, relational, or behavioral techniques. My approach is client centered, I focus on creating an interactive space where we can explore what’s going on in your life, identify strengths, & gain insight into your thoughts and feelings.
