Hi, I'm Page! I'm passionate about helping others to cultivate emotional well-being and personal empowerment. I tend to work with women navigating issues related to life transitions, anxiety, people-pleasing, perfectionism, burnout, self-doubt, and low self-esteem. I offer a therapeutic space that balances integrating insight with actionable tools. Together, we'll uncover paths towards gaining confidence, authenticity, and intentionality, enabling you to live a more joyful and fulfilling life.
