I have over 16 years of counseling experience working with adults and adolescents. My passion is helping people recover, whether from addiction, anxiety, depression, PTSD, codependency, negative self-image, or divorce. I understand that parenting, relationship issues, life transitions, and grief can be difficult to navigate. I believe healing happens in community and no one should ever feel alone.
