I have twenty years experience working with children and their families, adolescents, and young adults. I work from a person-centered approach- meaning an empathic, responsive connection to help aid in healing. I offer play therapy for younger children, utilizing play as their primary way to communicate, helping us understand their inner world and translate their needs, while creating a safe space for them to communicate. As children get older and move out of play, we incorporate art, games, and talk into therapy.
