I care about helping people feel supported, understood, and more grounded in their everyday lives. I’ve worked with children, teens, young adults, and families around anxiety, depression, ADHD, learning challenges, grief, and big life changes, and I try to meet each person with patience and compassion. In sessions, I use a mix of CBT, trauma-informed practices, mindfulness, and creative tools like play therapy when they’re helpful.
