I am called right now to work with people, not on finding ways of coping with something that is "wrong" with them, but on building reverence in day-to-day life, connecting to micro moments of joy, and finding flow within the rhythm of the microcosm and macrocosm; practices which lead to less suffering. I weave together modern knowledge about healthy living with old ways of knowing rooted in interconnectedness, magick, ritual, and ceremony. Our focus will be on the here and now, creating actionable steps that bring you closer to yourself, rooted in the cyclical nature of life.
