I'm Paige, a licensed clinician specializing in working with individuals experiencing anxiety and anxiety-based diagnoses, including how anxiety can overlap with neurodivergence. I support clients across the lifespan and have specialized training in treating anxiety in children & teens. Whether working with a child navigating social anxiety or a parent managing stress, my goal is for clients to feel truly met where they are. I strive to provide care that feels supportive, approachable, and steady, helping clients move toward days that feel not just manageable, but successful.
