As a parent, reaching out can feel scary and hopeful. You want the best for your child, but may feel unsure where to turn. Many parents share with me they've tried so hard to support their child but still feel stuck or overwhelmed. I understand how heavy that feels. My goal is to make the process feel safe and collaborative. Kids feel nervous or unsure about therapy, but I work with build trust through warmth, curiosity, and play so they can open up at their own pace. Together, we focus on creating understanding, building connection, and helping your child and family feel supported and balanced.
