I have more than 32 years of experience working with children (13 and up), adolescents, and adults who have a variety of emotional and/or behavioral issues. I believe all individuals can learn appropriate coping, emotional, and self-management skills to strengthen their own personal capacity to deal with significant issues. I counsel adolescents and adults facing the following challenges: Acting-out behaviors, Anxiety, Attention Deficit Disorder, Depression, Eating Disorders, Grief & loss, Relationship/Marital Conflicts, Parenting issues, Life cycle stressors or transitions, and Employment stressors.
