I am a therapist based out of Boulder. I work with people navigating turning points in life: college students and young adults figuring out who they are, and pregnant and postpartum women moving through identity shifts, anxiety and overwhelm. My practice Facing Mountains is built on the idea that we don't have to face the hard stuff alone.
