I specialize in treating those who want to "do the deeper work". Clients have described me as authentic, easy-to-talk-to, and warm. I treat a variety of mood disorders including depression and anxiety, as well as thought disorders such as obsessive thinking. Together, we'll create a nonjudgmental environment in which you'll explore your values and goals, while learning how to be more self-compassionate. I am the owner of our small practice, Warmth Counseling, and can connect you to our other therapists when appropriate.
