I love to help my clients break down barriers that are currently holding them back from achieving happiness; often by setting boundaries with family members, improving self-esteem, and recognizing their self-worth. If you feel stuck or stagnant and want to break free from societal norms, familial expectations or even self-inflicted guilt, we may be a good match! Therapy should be a safe space where a person can discover solutions that will work for them and learn how to implement and practice them with the help of a trained professional.
