I believe therapy begins with listening and understanding, and I hope to provide an authentic space for you to share your story. I am passionate about coming alongside you as you navigate through and heal from the things that bring you to therapy, whether that be anxiety, trauma, depression, OCD, stress, or life transitions. While I love working with all ages, I particularly love working with children and teens. I work with children and teens experiencing depression, trauma, anxiety, OCD, and grief. I understand the importance of meeting children where they are while providing a safe space for them to explore their inner world. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization (EMDR) & Exposure and Response Prevention (ExRP). I use a variety of modalities based upon your needs and preferences, such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and parts work. I love to incorporate aspects of play, art, and books with children.
