Jess Seitz is a certified trauma-informed pelvic floor occupational therapist and founder of Pain-Free Intimacy, where she works as a vaginismus recovery coach to help women from around the world break free of the pain and frustration of vaginismus to enjoy intimacy the way God intended it to be. Jess had vaginismus for 8 years and understands the immense emotional, physical, and relational exhaustion painful sex can cause. With this personal experience, she combines the comprehensive psychological and physical frameworks of occupational therapy to help her clients finally break free of the mind-body-pain cycle of sexual pain.
