I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and ADHD- Certified Clinical Services Provider. I specialize in helping people navigate the unique challenges of ADHD, promoting better communication, emotional regulation, and connection. Whether ADHD is part of the picture or not, I work with individuals, couples, and families to move through stuck patterns and build stronger, more connected lives. I help people navigate challenges like emotional dysregulation, infidelity, communication breakdowns, and major life transitions—with clarity and compassion. My specialty lies in psychoeducational therapy, where I combine emotional support with real education on how the brain works—especially when executive functioning, attention, or emotional regulation are impacted. I believe that when people understand the why behind their struggles, they can begin to access new ways of responding, relating, and move forward
