Hello, I’m Pam. I enjoy supporting teens—and their parents. For teens, having a space to simply “be" and share the messy, complicated stuff can make all the difference. I also work with young adults 21+ navigating relationship challenges, anxiety, stress and life transitions. With a background in life coaching, I support taking small, meaningful steps toward the changes that matter most to you, including healthier relationships. No matter what you bring to therapy, I believe you are inherently valuable — just as you are. My approach is warm and down-to-earth. Using an attachment and IFS lens, we may also explore using journaling, nature, mindfulness, and reflective practices to help you connect with your true Self. Your intuition is welcome here. I provide a trauma-informed, affirming space for all.
