I have been providing therapy services for the past 26 years, specializing in the treatment of eating disorders, trauma, substance abuse, and relationship issues. I also understand the unique issues facing first responders and work to meet the needs of medical professionals, firefighters, and law enforcement personnel. I believe that each person has the capacity for change and to develop and use the resources needed to improve his or her daily life. My approach is eclectic, using primarily cognitive-behavioral interventions.
