By creating an open, non-judgmental space for self-reflection, I help individuals gain insight into the past and identify new ways of moving forward. I work with people of diverse backgrounds to overcome anxious and negative thinking, disordered eating, relationship issues, and intrusive or traumatic memories. I also work with students, young professionals and artists who are experiencing creative blocks, or are unsure about how to progress in their lives and careers.
