It is my purpose as a therapist to help clients understand they make their own happiness, sometimes with the collaboration of a compassionate caring mental health professional. It is my mission to provide the most effective evidence-based interventions to provide the tools for addressing any changes clients feel they need to make in their lives. I utilize the standard interventions in cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and EMDR for trauma therapy. I also offer grief, bereavement and loss therapy, and motivational interviewing for promoting change for addictions.
