I work extensively with adults and couples of all ages. Depression, anxiety and self-doubt are very painful conditions that I can treat effectively. Additionally, however, there are a lot of situational problems that can often cause significant distress: difficult relationships with partners or family, career issues, parenting dilemmas, or major life transitions like divorce or illness. Of course, I want to help you to simply feel better! But I also want to help you learn more about yourself, make choices that are in line with your values and desires, and improve the relationships that are important to you.
