My approach combines Psychotherapy with Complementary Care Practices which may include: energy balancing using Reiki or Healing Touch, Breathwork, Guided Visualization, Clinical Hypnotherapy and Meditation. I have specialized training in Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, LGBT Affirmative Therapy, Spirituality, Grief/loss, hypnotherapy and Energy Healing Practices.
