I’m Pamela Leggett, a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) based in Florida, and for over 25 years I’ve walked alongside individuals navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, life transitions, medical and health problems, career and workplace issues, Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) and relationship issues. Throughout my career I have engaged in trainings and certifications in Behavioral Analysis (CABA), Somatic Experiencing, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT).
