I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida, in addition to being a Master’s Level Substance Abuse Professional. With over 10 years working with a variety of people seeking help for anxiety, depression, substance abuse, life changes and career challenges. I am well versed in career challenges and life transitions. My philosophy is best described by author Thoreau: "It's not what you look at that matters, it's what you see." My work is a mosaic of styles combining evidenced based Cognitive-Behavioral, psychodynamic, dialectics, as well as, creative healing, mindfulness and 12 step recovery principles.
