I hold a quiet, attentive space where those parts can be heard and understood rather than judged. My work is client centered and trauma-informed: I honor the wisdom of your system, track the different parts that show up in session; I support a deeper understanding of how those parts function in your life. My practice is unique because I use a gentle, intuitive stance to learn about the different parts of you. Through a systems model, we can explore the parts of you that hold roles and beliefs that no longer serve you. We can work with the internal critic and explore new paths toward resolution. We can delve into ancestral legacies to bring forth intergenerational healing. As your system learns to let go, you may notice subtle but powerful shifts inside.
