Pamela treats adults ages 18 and older, including seniors, and frequently works with concerns such as anxiety, depression, and trauma-related conditions. Her clinical focus also includes supporting individuals experiencing the effects of domestic abuse, including emotional, financial, and physical abuse, as well as unresolved trauma rooted in childhood experiences. Through individual therapy and couples therapy, she helps clients strengthen coping skills, rebuild self-worth, and regain a sense of control and personal agency.
