Hi, I’m Pamela Thompson, a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, and I’m so glad you’re here. Seeking support takes courage, and just exploring therapy is already a meaningful first step. I work with children, teens, and adults, and my heart is in helping people feel seen, heard, and supported as they navigate the ups and downs of life. Over the past six years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside clients facing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and major life transitions. Whether we’re unpacking old patterns in relationships, building new coping skills, or simply making space for your story, my goal is always to meet you where you are—with compassion, curiosity, and care.
