Hi! My name is Pamela Thompson and I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. I love working with individuals of all ages and primarily use cognitive behavioral therapy with patients as it has been proven to be the most effective treatment for the majority of mental health issues. Having said that, I believe that therapy should be tailored for each patient and that often means incorporating other types of therapy techniques into treatment.
