My ideal client is an individual in their teens or young adult years who struggles with depression and anxiety. This client would struggle with processing their emotions and communicating with others due to past events or traumas. An ideal client will be open to engaging in outpatient therapy and receptive to a person-centered approach. The client's needs are that they have concerns with their personal identity and adjusting to life changes. The client's goals would be to establish a stronger sense of self and strengthen their emotional regulation skills.
