I'm here to support you through new mom life, relationships struggles and life transitions/experiences that have increased anxiety and depression. I am an LPCC therapist with over 12 years of work experience in the mental health field. Therapy is meant to be a safe, judgement free zone and that is what I pride myself in along with being culturally sensitive and understanding.
