If you are a teen, young adult, or adult wanting support with rebuilding your sense of self after major changes, trauma, or a history of depression, anxiety, or family conflict, I am here to help! In our work together, you will feel supported by a client-centered approach where I help you on your own path, listening to your unique goals, strengths, and insights. My approach is relational, built on the belief that healing happens where safety is first established and felt.
