India R. Douglas, LCSW: I founded Pathway to Self to help others reach a deeper understanding of past traumas and provide tangible tools to move forward. Pathway to Self is a therapy platform that not only allows others to connect with themselves but through finding themselves they will be able to form stronger connections with others. Our understanding is that only when we find the “pathway to self” can we forge a pathway to “us” (or “we”). By helping people towards becoming the best versions of themselves, creating a safe space to express emotions of any kind. In a space where you are heard, validated, and affirmed.
