Now, your child is struggling.You feel frustrated, sad…helpless.You want to help and support them to feel better, happier.You just want your kid back. I can help. I work with ADULTS helping navigate anxiety,crises,relationship and "life" issues with compassion wisdom and practical solutions. LGBTQ welcome! My sessions with kids/teens are playful, engaging, and get results. Helping children and teens to name and accept and learn to manage and navigate their thoughts, feelings and needs, and to understand what is causing them can increase self-confidence, decrease anxiety, and enhance family communication.I help adults in recovery and transgender kids/families.
